A Session can be either
in person or virtually through Zoom
Depending on the Client's Desire.
This session is a condensed session where we take 45 minutes to connect to your higher self without any type of trance state.
The session begins with a brief interview to discuss your intention for the session, then we will go through 1-5 simple activities (depending on what feels right,
1-2 is not any better than 3-5) to help you connect and gain access to your higher self. We spend the last 10-15 minutes discussing the session outcome and how you can use it to continue your own connection to your higher self.

Structure
A Session can be either
in person or virtually through Zoom.
Depending on the clients desire.
We begin each session with a detailed interview of what you hope to gain from your session. After that we set an intention for your session. We then review these details and write down any questions you hope to have answered in preparation for your healing session.
We then proceed with the session where I gently induce you into a relaxed state, at this point we can make contact with your spirit guides, ascended masters, angels, and other benevolent, loving beings, including your subconscious/higher self.
After your session we will discuss the highlights of your session and make sure you are grounded before departing.
A copy of the session will be given to you once it is prepared.
